Matt LeBaron brings over a decade of experience in IT strategy and vendor management, having successfully negotiated contracts and unlocked millions in savings for clients. Before founding Pocketbook, Matt was a Technology Strategy Director at Strategy&, where he led strategic sourcing and IT cost transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.
